PHILADELPHIA, PA – December 19, 2022 – Diversified Search Group’s Education Practice announced end-of-year promotions for several colleagues. Kenna Boyd, Matthew Bunting, Matthew Marsallo, and Staci Williams Seeley are all being promoted to Managing Directors. Anne Koellhoffer was promoted to Managing Associate, and Megan Walsh is now Senior Business Development and Communications Coordinator. Chi Chan and Pamela Gassman have both been elevated to Senior Research Associates.
Kenna has collaborated with a variety of institutions in searches for presidents, finance and advancement leaders, facilities professionals, and deans. Prior to joining Storbeck Search | Diversified Search Group in 2016, Kenna served as Director of Donor Relations at the University of Virginia.
Matt Marsallo has spent his entire career in education and brings experience in various administrative positions at both the secondary school and university level. He has been with the firm since 2016.
Matt Bunting is one of the leading search consultants in the field of academic libraries and has written on issues facing academic leaders and higher education. Matt joined Storbeck Search in 2010.
Staci has over 30 years of experience in education and has held many different roles at independent schools and colleges. Staci is a frequent presenter and advisor to NAIS, NYSAIS, and ADVIS members on DEI and governance issues. She started her work in executive search in 2019.
Anne joined Storbeck Search in 2015, having worked previously in development at the University of Pennsylvania’s Law School, Haverford College, and at the Philadelphia Foundation. She has worked on searches for multiple positions, including president, provost, vice president, dean of students, and dean of libraries, among others.
Before joining Storbeck Search in July 2021, Megan worked in communications for higher education admissions. She manages the firm’s marketing and business development efforts and upholds clarity and accuracy in communications.
Chi started at Storbeck Search in August 2021 as a Research Associate. Chi brings his passion for equity and access to research strategy, contextualizing systems of higher education to support the development of diverse candidate pools.
At Koya Partners, Pam supports search teams by developing and implementing research-based strategies for executive searches. Over her career, Pam has worked in various institutions of higher education wherein she has focused on increasing access and inclusion to create more equitable campus communities.
