A highly visible culture builder with a strong sense of the complexities around the changing landscape of independent and boarding school education, the Head of School will have a record of superior leadership, a passion for engaging with students, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, expertise in spearheading new initiatives, and building and cultivating exceptional teams. The Head of School works collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, senior leadership, and faculty and staff to promote the vision of a fully integrated, wraparound student experience combining rigorous academics, social-emotional learning, co-curricular programming, and health and wellness. The Head of School will champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and belonging among students and families, faculty, and staff, and help connect the ongoing DEI work across all areas of the school.
