The Opportunity
BCNC seeks a strategic, creative Chief Program Officer to envision, shape, and implement the organization’s program strategy to strengthen the current program offerings and continue building a portfolio of family-centered services and supports needed within growing Asian and immigrant communities across the Greater Boston Area. The Chief Program Officer will play a critical role in continuing the delivery of BCNC’s education and social service programs as well as a growing offering of mental health services across locations in Boston and Quincy.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 with a generous benefits package.
