Bunch is Le Moyne College’s HR Operations Lead in the areas of human resources information systems, finance, policy and compliance management, pension administration and benefits oversight, performance management, and workflow effectiveness. Bunch is the liaison to finance, she serves on the Information Security Committee, co-chairs the Benefits Committee, and provides labor relations for the collective bargaining units in physical plant and campus security.
Bunch joined Le Moyne College from Loretto Health & Rehabilitation in Syracuse where she served as the Senior Human Resource Business Partner. Prior to this role, Bunch worked at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
Bunch has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Labor Relations from Le Moyne. She is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Columbia College.
