Udoyen is a financial leader with over 15 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit management, including operational and financial analysis, strategic planning to optimize the impact of assets, budget development and management, compliance, and financial projections. She has deep experience in managing financial strategies and operations during times of high growth or even during financial uncertainty.
She leads the development and application of RALLY’s financial strategy and operations, and the promotion of strong internal controls. She is dedicated to creating innovative process improvements and robust fiscal planning systems.
