Min Chang

Executive Director

Koya partnered with Homebridge on the search for an Executive Director. For nearly forty years, Homebridge has set the standard for high-quality, compassionate, in-home and community-based care for individuals who qualify but cannot access In-Home Supportive Services.

Our work resulted in the recruitment of Min Chang to the role.

Her deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics enriches her approach to serving diverse communities. Before joining Homebridge, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at On Lok, a non-profit healthcare company serving older adults in the Bay Area, President and CEO of Microsurgical Technology, a global medical devices company, and CEO at Kin On Health Care Center, a nonprofit in long term care. Her background includes 13 years leading global marketing communications and other leadership roles, including at Omnicom Group, Honeywell, and AstraZeneca, and 11 years in management consulting with Ernst & Young, Booz Allen and Accenture.
