We partnered with Fortune School on the search for a Director of Human Resources. Fortune School of Education, established in 1989, provides preparation programs to fill the “pipeline” of educators needed in today’s schools.
Our work resulted in the recruitment of Kara Crochett to the role.

She has developed a comprehensive and strategic approach to managing talent, culture, and performance in various organizations. Crochett is passionate about creating inclusive, equitable, and engaging workplaces where employees can thrive and contribute to the mission and vision of their employers.
Crochett most recently worked at Sacramento Native American Health Center where she led recruitment to add an additional 50 positions for the opening of their new 2nd location and turnaround employee retention.
