Kalika Curry

Executive Director

Eastside Pathways

We partnered with Eastside Pathways on the search for an Executive Director. Eastside Pathways works to engage and align public and private community organizations that are already supporting children, youth, and young adults.

The search resulted in the recruitment of Kalika Curry to the role.

Curry joined Eastside Pathways in 2019 as its first Community Impact Manager. In that role, she led the Racial Equity Council and facilitated a workgroup to develop the Eastside Pathways’ Racial Equity Pledge. She created a POC only affinity CAN, facilitated the Career Pathways and Racial Equity CANs, and co-led the Covid-19 CAN with Sandy Nathan.

Curry’s Adaptive Leadership skill set, commitment to Racial Equity, and strategic systems thinking have been recognized as exceptional, locally in the Partnership, in the greater Eastside Community, and within the national StriveTogether network.
