Koya | Diversified Search Group partnered with Asian Americans Advancing Justice, Los Angeles (AAAJ-LA) on its Vice President of Administration search. AAAJ-LA is the nation’s largest legal and civil rights organization for Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (NHPI). Through direct services, impact litigation, policy advocacy, leadership development, and capacity building, Advancing Justice-LA focuses on the most vulnerable members of Asian American and NHPI communities while also building a strong voice for civil rights and social justice.
Our work resulted in the appointment of Janice Tsao.
Tsao is a mission-driven and social impact leader that has dedicated her career to serving the underserved. Her passion to serve has brought her to international non-government organizations working in the majority world with indigent communities, survivors of human trafficking and natural disasters, and domestic community-based organizations serving vulnerable populations such as chronically homeless, seniors, and women.
