Our work resulted in the recruitment of Clarissa Balatan to the role. Balatan has over 16 years of global human resources and leadership experience from the profit and nonprofit sectors.
In this role, Balatan leads the development and implementation of global human resources strategies to support the team’s growth and maximize our impact.
She has served in HR leadership roles supporting international disaster relief, environmental and climate-focused research, and aerospace and defense.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and whipping up knitted creations.
Balatan holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University. She earned Master’s degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Indiana University.
