Storbeck Search | Diversified Search Group partnered with Columbus School for Girls (CSG) to conduct a nationwide search that resulted in the appointment of Camille Seals as Head of School.
Camille comes to CSG from the Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont, Pennsylvania, where she served as the Assistant Head of School. In that role, she oversaw the PreK-12 academic scope and sequence, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, the Center for the Advancement of Girls, the Innovation Team, Technology, and Robotics. Her contributions to Agnes Irwin have been transformational. Notably, she implemented a new hiring process that includes anti-bias training and strategic recruitment to increase diversity and equity in the hiring process and launched a new faculty evaluation process centered around professional growth.
