Zack Reynolds is a Managing Director in the Healthcare services Practice of Diversified Search Group and works out of the Chicago Office. As a career search professional, Zack has a rich and deep understanding of the healthcare and non-profit industries, and an extensive network of contacts stemming from the hundreds of search assignments that he has completed throughout his 25+ year career.
Zack is a trusted advisor and consultant to his clients and has served as a generalist with a heavy emphasis on recruiting C-suite and Vice President-level positions across all functional areas. He has conducted searches nationwide in a variety of environments and settings with clients that have included large integrated delivery systems, community-based hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, schools of medicine, medical groups, managed care organizations, and healthcare themed non-profits.
Zack is a hands-on professional who leads client searches at both a tactical and strategic level. His work is defined by a style that is best described as collaborative, quality-focused, accessible, dependable, and consultative. Zack considers himself a true partner to the organizations that he serves.
Originally from western New York, Zack’s early life experience instilled in him the value of hard work and the importance of developing meaningful and trusting relationships – attributes that have guided him throughout his professional career. Zack has a BA in psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Loyola University in Chicago.
Zack began his career in the late 1990s in the Chicago office of a U.K. based search firm where he was responsible for search strategy and candidate development. In 1999, he was involved in the start-up of the healthcare search firm Quick Leonard Kieffer (QLK) where he would go on to spend a large percentage of his career. Zack joined Diversified Search Group in 2016.
Zack lives with his wife Christine and blended family of five children in the western suburbs of Chicago. Outside of work, he is actively involved in the lives and extracurricular events of his children. He is a sports and fitness enthusiast and currently serves as a Board and Executive Committee Member of Special Olympics of Illinois.
