Whitney Ambrose has spent the past ten years helping clients solve complex talent problems. Currently, he serves as a Managing Associate within the Global Corporate and Technology Practice at Diversified Search Group (DSG). In addition to his search work, Whitney serves internally for DSG helping build their Search Operations and Data Strategy functions.
Previously, Whitney spent two years at LinkedIn as a client and product consultant for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business. In this capacity, Whitney worked with large enterprises and global customers, ensuring product adoption and solution optimization to capture value realization and ROI on their LinkedIn investment.
Prior to LinkedIn, Whitney spent eight years at Korn Ferry managing and executing executive-level searches across numerous industries including Technology, Financial Services, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, Education, and Nonprofit. Whitney spent the beginning of his career developing research, market intelligence, and data analytics capabilities for the firm.
Whitney grew up in the Boston area and received a degree in Business Administration from American University in Washington, DC.
