Turner Delano is dedicated to identifying and recruiting dynamic leaders who align with the mission and objectives of her client organizations. She understands the challenges that nonprofits face, using her honed skills in client management, search process curation, and candidate development to find the ideal candidate for her clients’ roles.

Well-versed in all sectors of nonprofits, Turner has specialized expertise and success in civic and environmental advocacy, education reform, and policy-centric organizations.

Turner has successfully placed leaders at Americares, JA Worldwide, The Climate Reality Project, EarthJustice, People for the American Way, SCORE, Amnesty International USA, American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), National Women’s Law Center, and The Commonwealth Fund.

Turner previously served as Managing Producer of a weekly news show on Bloomberg TV Africa and Al Jazeera English. While there, she produced, researched, and pitched one-on-one profiles globally, including segments featuring Ehud Barak, Newt Gingrich, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

Turner also co-produces the American Heroes Saltwater Challenge, an annual event supporting wounded veterans. She volunteers and hosts events for the Earth Conservation Corps, a nonprofit Youth Development and Environmental service organization based in Washington, DC.
