As Senior Director, People and Culture, Tameka develops and supports initiatives across the employee life cycle in support of the DSG mission and talent strategy. With over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors, she brings expertise in DEI, talent development, employee engagement and people operations.

Prior to her role at Diversified Search Group, Tameka served as Manager, Recruitment and Training at Koya Leadership Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group. There, she led internal talent acquisition, learning and development, and supported DEI strategy implementation. Prior, she managed candidate development and client engagement as a Search Associate.

Tameka is passionate about supporting the people function within mission-driven organizations to cultivate employee engagement and amplify organizational impact. She began her career in the professional services and executive search industry at the Bridgespan Group, a leading social impact consultant and advisor to nonprofits and NGOs, philanthropists, and investors.

Originally from Boston, MA, Tameka has served several local and national organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union, City Year Boston and Washington, DC and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
