As the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Rob leads the development and management of Diversified Search Group’s IT infrastructure. In addition to the day-to-day needs of the firm, he is focused on the big-picture IT needs as the firm continues to grow while maintaining cutting-edge systems. Rob is excited to lead the charge on future technology updates and additions at DSG.
Prior to joining Koya Partners and Diversified Search Group, Rob spent 20 years working in the IT field with organizations such as Harvard Business School, KeyW Corporation, and New England College of Business. From education to government contracts, he has supported team members worldwide and in various roles. His focus is on the employee experience and understands the importance of minimizing employee downtime to the company bottom line.
Outside of work, Rob can be found biking across the back roads of New England or skiing once the snow starts to fly.
