Meghan Franklin

Vice President, Search Operations and Quality

Executive Search, Nonprofit and Social Impact, Shared Services

As Vice President, Search Operations and Quality, Meghan supports the operational needs of the Nonprofit Practice of Diversified Search Group – overseeing team members’ capacity, refining systems and processes, managing hiring and onboarding, and providing training and support to colleagues at all cohort levels. Meghan joined Koya Partners in 2015 and was promoted through a range of search roles before shifting into this internal position.

Most recently, she was a Vice President and Senior Search Associate dedicated to identifying and recruiting exceptional leaders into social justice organizations and philanthropic institutions. Meghan conducted national searches across a range of issues, including criminal justice reform, immigration, environmental justice, education, and community development. She partnered with incredible clients such as Vera Institute of Justice, Heising-Simons Foundation, the Arcus Foundation, Groundswell Fund, a range of ACLU affiliates, The Sentencing Project, and Natural Resources Defense Council, among numerous others.

Meghan began her career in higher education, first as an admission recruiter at Stetson University and then in development at Rollins College. These roles helped her realize her desire to further the work of mission-driven organizations. Koya has given Meghan a platform to combine this passion with her professional skills.
