Associate, Executive Search, Nonprofit and Social Impact

Maureen focuses on candidate development and logistical support for executive-level searches.

Prior to joining Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – Maureen worked as an ESL Instructor for two years in Bangkok, Thailand, where she pursued her passion for language and education.

Maureen began her career as a paralegal at an estate planning firm. She then began working in executive search as a project manager for a London-based search firm. She found her niche supporting the global nonprofit practice and was crucial to the growth of the U.S. office. Maureen had the privilege of supporting influential international clients, including ChildFund International, The G4 Alliance, Porticus Foundation, Hewlett Foundation, Gary Community Investments, Greenpeace International, Green Climate Fund, Environmental Defense Fund, and Global Reporting Initiative, among many others.

In her free time, Maureen volunteer teaches for language centers in Chicago, particularly those that cater to immigrant and refugee populations.
