Machele Daye

Machele supports Molly Brennan and her Nonprofit and Social Impact Practice lead team. She brings over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit industry focusing on strategic areas in program and project management, human resources, finance, marketing, and fundraising and development.

Machele began her career at the National Urban League where she planned meetings, events, and managed registration for their national and local events. From there she worked at NADAP, Inc. assisting the organization with daily operations focusing on employment readiness and job placement services catering to individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders.

In the last twelve years, Machele focused on fundraising and development initiatives at the American Friends of the Hebrew University where she wrote grants, planned events, and trained development professionals in prospect research and moves management strategies. At the Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation and Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools, her work focused on fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and prospect research.

She serves as a volunteer Program Committee member at the Association of Nonprofit Specialists.
