Leslie Mazza

Leslie has been in the executive search industry since 1981, beginning her career with Diversified Search as the company’s first Director of Research. She expanded and grew, developed and managed the research and recruiting function throughout her career. Throughout this period, she served as a senior strategist on all levels of searches, while managing a staff of researchers and recruiters.

Along with her research work, she also had responsibility for search quality, training and professional development, database design, and firm-wide search management. She is also a member of the firm’s leadership committee.

Currently, Leslie is responsible for planning, administration and monitoring of consistent search quality and quality-improvement processes which results in effective, efficient search operations across all Global Practices and Functional Centers of Expertise.

Reporting to and accountable to DSG executive leadership, she oversees all efforts to monitor and maintain corporate compliance to firm processes and standards across all DSG practices.

She ensures the cultural imperatives of the firm – respect for and the development of others; courageous, truthful, transparent and direct conversation; the presumption of good will – good intentions; and the client’s interest ahead of our own.

Additionally, she is responsible for search execution and client management. She has been involved in a wide variety of industries and functions, covering all of the firm’s major practices.

As a generalist with a deep understanding of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, Leslie brings a unique ability to understand search needs and connect them to business challenges.
