Leslie has been in the executive search industry since 1981, beginning her career with Diversified Search as the company’s first Director of Research. She expanded and grew, developed, and managed the research and recruiting function throughout her career. She has served as a senior strategist on all levels of searches while managing a staff of researchers and recruiters.

As the firm grew, Leslie has had responsibility for search operations, quality, training and professional development, database design, and firm-wide search management. She has also always served as a member of the firm’s leadership.

Currently, Leslie is responsible for supporting the Diversified Search Group’s long-term corporate development approach by developing and executing a strategy with the leadership team that aligns with the firm’s go-to-market strategy and priorities.

Leslie has been a dedicated and integral contributor to the firm’s success. She will continue to provide her deep experience and industry insights to be a consultative partner and contributor to DSG’s continued growth.

Reporting to and accountable to DSG executive leadership, she oversees all efforts to monitor and maintain corporate compliance to firm processes and standards across all DSG practices.

Leslie ensures the cultural imperatives of the firm – respect for and the development of others; courageous, truthful, transparent, and direct conversation; the presumption of goodwill – good intentions; and the client’s interest ahead of our own.

Additionally, she is responsible for search execution and client management. She has been involved in a wide variety of industries and functions.

Her industry experience includes Corporate Boards, Healthcare, Nonprofit, Financial Services, Higher Education, and Industrial. Leslie is also been responsible for full search execution and client management. This has included sourcing and recruiting, interviewing, preparation of position descriptions, and written candidate assessments.

As a generalist with a deep understanding of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, Leslie brings a unique ability to understand search needs and connect them to business challenges.
