With over 12 years of experience in executive search, Kira Anderson has fostered collaborations with a diverse range of companies, including public corporations, private equity-backed portfolio companies, and venture-backed startups. She is a Managing Director in the Industrial and Technology industries, and is based in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC region.
Kira leverages her years of experience as a management consultant, retained recruiter, and internal executive recruiter and has successfully placed executives in functions ranging from finance and operations to product, data, engineering, and technology.
Kira’s impressive portfolio of clients is represented by globally-renowned enterprise clients in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, SaaS, hardware, and emerging technologies.
Before joining Diversified Search Group, Kira was a senior partner at True Search, focused on the Frontier Tech industry and recruiting Product, Data, and Technology leaders. Prior to her time at True, she spent nearly six years at Oracle, partnering with leaders in engineering, sales, finance, and operations to consult and recruit on their global executive talent needs. She eventually led the global Accenture alliance for all of Oracle technology.
Kira was also a partner with Korn Ferry International, where she focused on recruiting executives in consulting, operations, and finance functions for private equity-backed tech companies as well as public aerospace and defense companies.
