As a Senior Search Coordinator, Kaley assists senior leaders in identifying and recruiting top talent for mission-driven organizations throughout the country. She supports all stages of the search process, including search operations and logistics.
Kaley joined Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – with experience in the legal and professional services spaces within the recruiting industry. Kaley has recruited high volume contract and contract to hire candidates for law firms, corporate legal offices, and financial institutions. Most recently she supported a boutique executive search firm as a Recruiting Coordinator and Office Manager. There, Kaley was responsible for candidate research, database management, social media content planning, and new team member on-boarding and engagement.
Prior to her involvement in the search industry, Kaley worked as a Senior Sales Associate at LUSH Cosmetics, an institution through which she developed a love for mission-driven work and corporate best practices. At LUSH, Kaley provided departmental training on cross-selling techniques to motivate sales teams and increase revenue. She coached Sales Associates on values-oriented customer service skills and developed branded sales strategies on an hourly basis.
Kaley is a member of the Lyric Young Professionals at the Lyric Opera of Chicago and the Junior League of Chicago.
As a native Chicagoan, Kaley loves exploring and engaging with her city. She also enjoys reading, watching Formula 1 racing, and consuming media content with a particular interest in podcasts and documentaries.
Kaley has a passion for learning about people and their diverse backgrounds. She believes strong ethics and a passion for one’s work are integral to success.
