As a Manager, Search Operations and Quality, Jessica provides support to the nonprofit practice search team. In her role, she assists with logistics throughout the executive search process for mission-driven organizations nationwide. She is based out of the Boston, MA office.

Prior to Koya, Jessica held administrative support positions at various higher education institutions including Boston University’s Office of the President, the Massachusetts Institute’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, the University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Government and Community Affairs and Ursinus College’s Advancement Office. In these roles, she gained experience in complex calendar management, briefing material, travel coordination, office management, voter engagement, and community outreach.
