Manager, Search Operations and Quality

As a Manager, Search Operations and Quality, Jessica supports the operational needs of the Nonprofit and Social Impact Practice of Diversified Search Group – providing training and support to colleagues at all cohort levels, managing onboarding, developing and refining resources, and partnering on integration projects. She is passionate about driving forward processes and rigor that allows for greater impact and efficiencies. She has a passion for utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and organizational strategy.

Jessica joined Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group in 2019. Prior to her current role, Jessica was the Executive Assistant and Search Coordinator for the Global Managing Partner and Nonprofit and Social Impact Practice Leader Molly Brennan for two years. In that role, she was engaged in a high volume of business development needs and assisted with logistics throughout the executive search process for nationwide mission-driven organizations. She is proud to have supported national searches for incredible clients such as Urban Institute, State Innovation Exchange, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and The Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights.

Jessica began her career in higher education where she served in administrative support roles for eight years. She worked at various educational institutions including Boston University’s Office of the President, the Massachusetts Institute’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, the University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Government and Community Affairs, and Ursinus College’s Advancement Office. In these roles, she gained experience in complex calendar management, briefing materials, travel coordination, office management, voter engagement, and community outreach.

She is based out of New Jersey.
