As a Manager, Search Operations & Quality, Jessica provides support to the nonprofit practice search team. In her role, she assists with logistics throughout the executive search process for mission-driven organizations nationwide.

Prior to Koya, Jessica held administrative support positions at various higher education institutions including Boston University’s Office of the President, the Massachusetts Institute’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, the University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Government and Community Affairs and Ursinus College’s Advancement Office. In these roles, she gained experience in complex calendar management, briefing material and travel coordination, office management, voter engagement and community outreach.


Jessica holds a BA in International Relations and French from Ursinus College and an MS in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. She is based out of Boston, MA.
