Jennifer’s mission is identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates for purpose-driven organizations across the country. Jennifer supports all aspects of the search process, focusing on project management, candidate development, and client engagement. Listening and learning about client’s long-term needs and goals is a cornerstone of her process.
Prior to joining Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – Jennifer was at Stephen Wise Temple, one of the nation’s largest reform Synagogues, for almost 14 years. Her passion for social justice was applied throughout various roles, including Director of Programming. She is most proud of having helped launch the Wise Readers to Leaders, a literacy and leadership program that continues to serve hundreds of underserved children in the Los Angeles area.
Before Stephen Wise, Jennifer was a Director with Robert Half International, one of the nation’s largest recruiting search firms, where she helped place executives in a wide range of industries.
Jennifer is based in Los Angeles, CA, where she is raising her three children. She has a love for the outdoors and running marathons.
