Senior Search Coordinator

Coordinators, Executive Search, Nonprofit and Social Impact

As a Senior Search Coordinator, Gina supports search teams to recruit senior executives to mission-driven clients. She supports all aspects of the search process with a focus on project management and candidate development. Gina also guides special projects and marketing engagement for the Chicago Office.

Gina’s background involves project leadership and developing digital marketing strategy. Prior to Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – she managed a team of graphic designers at a pediatric therapy organization. She was responsible for curating project briefs, maintaining scope, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. She also directed partnership outreach for marketing engagements and national conferences.

Gina is a trained concert dance artist. In addition to performing, she has worked in technical and production capacities at The Cambrians Dance Company and Pivot Arts by directing marketing efforts, facilitating volunteer involvement, and forging collaborative partnerships with artists. Her passion for dance intersects with her interest in disability advocacy. She has spearheaded multidisciplinary projects surrounding adaptive and physically integrated dance practices. Gina has worked with populations with Parkinson’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, and individuals who are Deaf and hard of hearing.

At Loyola University Chicago, Gina received the 2017 Praxis and Poesis Award from the Department of Fine and Performing Arts for her efforts on the Midwest Convening of Physically Integrated Dance. She was also a Research Assistant for the Psychology Department’s Movement and Learning Lab, where she determined research objectives and facilitated participant recruitment and testing. She was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society and the National Dance Honor Society.
