As a Senior Search Coordinator, Eboneé works closely with executives and Search Leads on business development, search operations and support, project management, general administration, and events planning.
Currently, Eboneé is the primary coordinator for Trisha Sutrisno and her team — supporting all aspects of the search process, operations, and logistics. Previously, Eboneé provided executive support to Koya Partners’ Chicago-based team. She also managed Koya Partners’ offices and conference facilities in the Civic Opera Building. She oversaw all operational logistics for the Chicago office including project managing an office expansion, managing the business and proposal development process for the Chicago team.
Prior to joining Koya Partners, part of Diversified Search Group, Eboneé was a Community Associate at Work Better, where she was responsible for managing the daily operations of a shared office community with 75 client companies. There, she developed standard operating procedures relating to employee onboarding, various technology platforms, and the company’s billing process.
She started her professional career in retail, where she had responsibilities in operations, sales, and human resources.
Outside of work, Eboneé enjoys spending time with her family and reading the latest science fiction novel. An avid reader, she has been known to read 80 books in a year.
