Davirah (she/her) is a Senior Search Associate that helps guide executive search work, talent strategy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in schools, colleges and universities, and nonprofit organizations. Before joining Storbeck Search | Diversified Search Group, Davirah helped to lead non-profit executive searches as a Talent Consultant for another firm.

Prior to executive search, Davirah spent twenty-five years in education in a variety of roles, most recently Associate Director of College Counselor at the Hun School of Princeton, a day/boarding school in New Jersey where she was also a co-facilitator of the school’s National SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) Project program. Her other roles have included Counselor, Dean of Students, Coordinator of Student Activities, and Director of Multicultural Affairs.

A long time mentor and student advocate, Davirah has served on both state and national independent school professional development committees. In 2018, she was appointed to Swarthmore College’s Council on Presidential Initiatives. Davirah also volunteers her time as an admissions alumni interviewer for the College.
