As a Senior Search Associate, Claire collaborates with search teams to recruit senior executives to mission-driven clients. She supports the search process through candidate identification and development, project management, and client engagement.

At Koya, Claire has been involved with national CEO, President, Executive Director, and other senior-level searches for a broad range of clients including community and economic development organizations, foundations, environmental organizations, cultural institutions, and other nonprofits.

She has partnered with a range of clients including Call2Recycle, Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy, Child Care Aware of America, Main Street America, Holden Forests & Gardens, Clif Family Foundation, Driehaus Museum, Biomimicry Institute, and TransitCenter.

Prior to joining Koya Partners, Claire served as Director, Talent for Teach For America, where she managed hiring, onboarding, and performance development for the Chicago regional team. Previously, Claire was the Director of Talent & Recruitment at a charter school on the South Side of Chicago. In that role she led sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for a growing school team.

Claire started her career as a Teach for America corps member, teaching 3rd grade in San Jose, CA. She continued her career as a teacher leader at schools in Lawrence, MA and Chicago.
