Carol has more than ten years of experience in human resources management and employee relations. She has recruited across a wide range of fields, including the nonprofit, healthcare, finance, and transportation logistics sectors. She earned a bachelor of science degree in healthcare administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Carol led the effort to fundraise over $250,000 to reconstruct several deteriorating public tennis courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Today, as an avid tennis player and advocate of the sport in Charlottesville, Virginia, she volunteers regularly at local events, including as a chair umpire and line judge at the annual Xperience Special Olympics tournament and at professional tournaments. She also chairs an annual tennis fundraising event to benefit local cancer patients.
Carol lives in the Charlottesville area with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
