Since 2008, Carly Rose has been serving mission-driven institutions and communities in the higher education and nonprofit sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Carly Rose worked most recently for New York University. Her portfolio included fundraising and advancement, institutional strategic planning, university governance, and creating and facilitating programmatic initiatives focused on issues of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging across the university community.

For her 2020 doctoral dissertation, Carly Rose researched the career decisions of Black and Latinx PhDs, specifically focusing on how these groups experience the transition from completion of PhD to entry into the professoriate and how institutions might find ways to improve their representation among the faculty.
