Bryn Siberski

Senior Search Coordinator

Coordinators, Executive Search, Nonprofit and Social Impact

As a Senior Search Coordinator, Bryn supports senior leaders in the Chicago Office with all stages of the search process. Bryn focuses primarily on research, search operations, and logistics.

Prior to Koya Partners, part of Diversified Search Group, Bryn participated in Amate House, a year-long social justice-focused leadership development program located on the South Side of Chicago. She lived in the community and worked at New Moms, an organization partnering with mothers leading their families out of poverty. In addition to managing their volunteer program, Bryn assisted the development team in donor relations and database management.

Bryn’s civic involvement reflects her strong interest in food justice and sustainable change in our food systems. At U.S. Hunger (Feeding Children Everywhere) she trained and supervised over 100 volunteers to package over 1.3 million meals to communities experiencing food insecurity. She also traveled weekly across Texas and the United States to host food packaging events that involve communities in the goal of ending world hunger. In 2018, Bryn mobilized volunteers at Lakeview Pantry by recruiting and leading the Thursday afternoon volunteer shift. She volunteered for many years at St. Thomas of Canterbury Soup Kitchen on the North Side of Chicago.

Bryn’s skills in volunteer management extended to her work at Ladder Up Chicago, where she expanded the financial literacy of low-income clients, prepared tax returns, and trained new volunteers on these vital services.

In her spare time, you can find Bryn trying new sourdough creations, voraciously reading, and forever looking for the perfect hiking spot near Chicago.
