Ariella joins the Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group’s team with experience across nonprofits, family foundations, and B Corp businesses in Cambridge, MA, and Burlington, VT. As a Senior Search Associate, Ariella identifies, recruits, and engages talented professionals throughout Koya Partners’ search cycle. Working closely with the Vice President of Executive Search and the Managing Director, she seeks to place exceptional talent at education and sustainability-related nonprofits throughout New England.
Ariella has worked in a variety of operational and strategy roles, as well as in direct services with vulnerable communities. She began her career as the Outreach Assistant to Ambassador Swanee Hunt, before joining RefugePoint – a nonprofit committed to refugee resettlement and self-reliance throughout Africa. She has lived and worked in India, South Africa, and Kenya, before returning to her home state of Vermont. Most recently, she led inclusive hiring and training initiatives for frontline workers in manufacturing to overcome employment barriers such as substance use, incarceration, and poverty.
Experienced in project management, program development, and strategic HR, Ariella brings her commitment to people-centered workplaces and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens to her role.
