Shared Services

Anne Ravert is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources Shared Services at Diversified Search Group (DSG). Prior to joining DSG in 2017, she served as the human resources manager at both law firms Simon and Simon, and AC Lordi, a consulting firm. For more than nine years prior, she worked at the Campbell Soup Company, where she began as a member of the tax practice. An active supporter of the arts, Ravert recently completed a term as a member of the Board of Directors of BalletX, the contemporary ballet company in Philadelphia. Anne has also served as a member of the steering committee of the Crescendo Club, a young friends’ philanthropic arm of the Curtis Institute of Music. She is currently actively involved as chair of the annual fundraiser of The Print Center of Philadelphia, a nonprofit gallery that encourages the growth and understanding of photography and printmaking in contemporary art. Ravert is also an associate producer of Shaking Through, a documentary series produced by Weathervane Music, a nonprofit that supports independent music and the greater Philadelphia recording community.

In addition, she serves as an adjunct professor of business at Drexel University.
