Whitney brings an unwavering commitment to excellence and an extensive track record for delivering tailored, forward-thinking guidance to clients, particularly within the dynamic landscape of global technology and cybersecurity talent acquisition.

In addition to his search work, Whitney actively contributes to the firm’s internal growth, playing a pivotal role in building the Search Operations and Data Strategy functions.

Previously, Whitney was with LinkedIn as a client and product consultant for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business. In this capacity, Whitney worked with large enterprise and global customers, ensuring product adoption and solution optimization to capture value realization and ROI on their LinkedIn investment.

Prior to LinkedIn, Whitney spent eight years at Korn Ferry managing and executing executive-level technology and security searches across numerous industries. As a founding member of Korn Ferry’s Cybersecurity Center of Expertise, he helped build the practice into a multi-million-dollar global business. Whitney spent the beginning of his career developing research, market intelligence, and data analytics capabilities for the firm.
