About Developmental Pathways
Started in 1964, Developmental Pathways (DP) is a nonprofit agency serving more than 15,000 individuals with disabilities and their families in Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties. We are a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care services and are one of Colorado’s Community Centered Boards (CCB), connecting people to federal, state, county, and private funding. We are also Colorado’s largest Early Intervention (EI) provider and help connect young children to essential resources, serving the City of Aurora in addition. Our mission is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities/delays by partnering to provide expertise, support, and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life.

The Opportunity
DP is looking for a Director of Talent Management (Director) to join the Human Resources Department. This is a compelling opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. The Director will play a critical role in crafting and executing various talent management programs, utilizing data-driven approaches to offer guidance and establish priorities aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of People, this role will be highly visible and serve as an internal consultant on matters related to performance management, total rewards, and long-term talent planning. The ideal candidate will be personable, diplomatic, analytical, and a strategic thinker. Additionally, the Director will be a proactive HR professional, will be able to work within a team to anticipate the organization's evolving needs, and develop targeted initiatives aligned with company goals. Key attributes include strong decision-making skills, the ability to discern relevant information, identify connections within intricate issues, and exhibit decisiveness, analytical prowess, and reliability.
The Director will lead a team of three direct reports: Associate Director of Performance Management, Associate Director of Total Rewards and Payroll, and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition.
This is a 40-hour week, hybrid position, working remotely and coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or off-site locations, as needed.
