Tepper Office of Marketing and Communications
The office of Marketing and Communications is the hub for both internal and external marketing and communications and is committed to enhancing Tepper’s brand through engaging messaging, dynamic print and digital collateral, and vibrant videography and photography. Working in support of Tepper’s mission, the team collaborates with units throughout the school to craft communications that support enrollment efforts, advancement efforts, school initiatives, research, and achievements. The CMCO will have approximately 3 direct reports and a total team of 9 and is a member of the Dean’s Executive Committee. The CMCO is also spearheading multiple external advertising, marketing and communications agencies and individuals.
Desired Qualifications and Characteristics
The CMCO must be a collaborative and visionary leader with a record of success in developing and implementing multi-faceted marketing and communications efforts that position and elevate the perception of a school, institution, brand or company with multiple audiences. Experience in higher education is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred. For more information about this role, please view the entire position specification above.
