BJC Healthcare seeks an accomplished executive to serve as President of Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh. The President is responsible for directing, facilitating, and coordinating the development, implementation, and ongoing operational and strategic development activities of both Memorial Hospitals. Memorial Hospital is a 319 bed, two-campus hospital, operating under one license. The two hospitals provide care to Belleville and Shiloh, Illinois, and surrounding communities in Southern Illinois. Memorial is known for its dedicated, loyal providers and employees, and outstanding care.
Reporting to Joan Magruder, Group President of BJC Healthcare, the President will work closely with Memorial’s advisory board, medical staff, senior leadership, and associates throughout the organization. The President will be charged with continuing to lead Memorial’s operational, strategic, and financial performance, while pursuing expanded core business strategies within the Belleville and Shiloh communities.
