Equitas Health is a nonprofit community healthcare system founded in 1984. We are one of the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS-serving organizations, reaching tens of thousands of patients in Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

THE OPPORTUNITY: CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Equitas Health seeks a visionary and strategic leader to serve as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing strong leadership for one of the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ health centers. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and mission-aligned individual to assume a pivotal leadership to a leading organization with a long track record of achieving strong outcomes for patients, clients and LGBTQ+ communities. The CEO will set the vision for the organization and lead the strategic planning process, establish the tone for the Equitas culture and serve as a visible spokesperson and advocate for Equitas. The Board of Trustees hires the Chief Executive Officer and reports to the Board of Trustees.
The CEO will ensure that Equitas continues to fulfill its important mission and remains financially and operationally sound. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities and a strong commitment to equitable healthcare access and inclusivity. The CEO will be charged with carrying out the policies, programs, and activities of the organization including Pharmacy, Medical, and Dental.
