ABOUT HOMEBRIDGE
Homebridge is a unique nonprofit agency, providing care at home for low-income San Francisco Medicaid enrollees with complex needs. Homebridge also trains thousands of caregivers both in San Francisco and throughout the State of California. It is the only organization in the state providing personal care services via California’s In Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program, focusing on those individuals with behavioral health or complex medical issues who cannot hire and supervise their own caregivers. Most of its funding comes from the City of San Francisco’s IHSS program.
Homebridge was founded in 1985 by a group of nonprofit communitybased organizations who wanted to improve the delivery of In-Home Supportive Services in San Francisco. Over time, Homebridge has evolved to become one organization while retaining deep relationships with its service partners. In March 2015, the organization changed its name to Homebridge.

Homebridge is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a transformational, driven individual to lead an important organization with tremendous potential and advance it to the next chapter and beyond.
The Executive Director will have a clear vision for Homebridge’s future and will continue expanding its current work, building an enduring and high-performing culture. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will uphold Homebridge’s legacy as a trailblazing organization providing the highest quality in-home care to Homebrige’s clients. This leader will design and execute the right local strategy to address the unique needs of the San Francisco community as well as broader strategies to improve statewide caregiver training and position Homebridge as a leader in reform of long term services and supports.
