The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) honored Denielle Pemberton-Heard, Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer, with the AESC IDEA Award for her leadership in the areas of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA).
