The Opportunity

Westridge School is seeking an experienced and innovative leader who will uphold the school’s mission and work strategically and collaboratively with school administration, the board of trustees, the local community, and city officials.

The school is at an all-time high, with record applications, growth of the annual fund and the endowment, and their national presence as a dynamic all-girls independent school. This is an opportunity for a financial and operational leader to lead continued institutional growth for a sophisticated and highly respected independent school.

Reporting to the Head of School, the Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) will be responsible for overseeing finances and risk management as well as daily operations of the school, including facilities, emergency and safety preparedness, dining services, and benefits and salary administration.
