Children’s Health System of Texas (CHST) is the leading pediatric health care system in North Texas, the seventh largest pediatric health care provider in the nation, and the second busiest in terms of admissions and pediatric Emergency Department visits. Children’s Health System of Texas seeks an administrative leader to guide the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of a comprehensive system for Business Development and Strategic Affiliations. In conjunction with the Medical Director and SVP of Business Development the Vice President will work closely with the Children’s Medical Center CEO, EVP for Population Health and Network Development, and the SVP for Business Development. The Vice President and the SVP for Business Development will be the primary leaders interfacing with external parties, and will coordinate interactions with UT Southwestern subspecialists.
- Ten plus years’ experience in administrative leadership positions in pediatric healthcare organizations.
- Five to seven years’ experience leading successful organizational affiliation activities with external parties.
- Undergraduate degree and MBA required.
- Understanding of and passion for patient/family-centered health improvement and clinical care delivery philosophy and programs.
