The goal of the Vice Chair, Patient Safety and Outcomes Research is to design and implement SCORE: Patient Safety, Clinical Outcomes, Clinical Research, Effectiveness.
- MD and/or PhD, or equivalent degree in a related field.
- History of federal funding for clinical outcomes and patient safety research.
- Demonstrated leadership experience including administrative background and skills.
- Qualifications to fulfill the University of Maryland criteria for associate professor or professor level faculty appointment.
