United Way of Central Indiana (“UWCI”) has been a force for change for over 100 years in Indianapolis and its surrounding communities. Representing Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion, Morgan and Putnam counties, UWCI has an annual operating budget of $50 million, net assets of over $225 million, over 100 employees and over 12,000 volunteers. The Opportunity

The President & CEO will develop a clear vision for UWCI’s next chapter, leading collaborative efforts to grow and maintain relationships among civic and corporate partners and community leaders.

The next President & CEO will play a key role in contributing to the implementation and operationalization of a new strategic plan. They will drive a culture of trust and accountability and will help define the value proposition of UWCI, enhancing its relevancy and increasing brand awareness, influence and impact.

This leader will be a guiding force who will serve as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, an inspirational team builder and innovative fundraiser.
