Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMO) provides leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight for all marketing and communications functions at Norton Healthcare. The CMO is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of Norton Healthcare’s internal and external branding initiatives (advertising, web, social media, marketing collateral, event and media strategies) which are aligned with Norton’s business strategies. The CMO will plan, lead, and manage all aspects of the department’s operations, including budgets, personnel, and purchased services. This leader will develop a world-class marketing and communications plan for Norton and directly manage activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization’s brand reputation.
- Master’s degree is required.
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in marking and communications, preferably in the healthcare field.
