Norton Healthcare is seeking a System Vice President of Women’s Services. This leader will have direct accountability for operational oversight and programmatic growth of women’s services across all practices and facilities throughout Norton Healthcare. This role will also be responsible for strategic development within women’s services that align with system goals and Norton Healthcare’s Mission, Vision and Values.
- Five years of healthcare administration leadership at the executive level, or, for clinical leaders, three years healthcare administration leadership at the executive level and two years of clinical leadership experience.
- Master’s Degree required.
