About Babson College

Babson College is seeking an Associate Vice President, Campus Strategic Events and Community Relations. The Associate Vice President is a member of the College’s leadership team and will lead a team responsible for the design, administration, coordination, and management of campus strategic events and associated operations.

A responsibility of this position is producing high-quality, institutional events that drive positive stakeholder engagement and brand-building efforts.

The Associate Vice President is ultimately accountable to ensure these campus-focused activities are successful, strategically aligned, and where applicable, fully integrated within organizational values and operations.

Relatedly, the Associate Vice President oversees a campus and community partnership program that continues Babson’s tradition of working collaboratively with state and local officials, neighbors, and consortium members. Directing a robust community relations initiative, the AVP ensures campus activities are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and serve to build the College’s reputation and relationships.
