Synergos is a global organization of changemakers and philanthropists that has pioneered the use of Bridging Leadership, which builds trust and collaboration to solve complex problems. We have used this inclusive approach with partners around the world for 35 years to achieve extraordinary results meeting local and national needs.
Synergos was founded in 1986 by Peggy Dulany and has staff/representatives in more than a dozen countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Our work is supported by private foundations, international agencies, corporate donations and contracts, and individual and family contributions.

The Opportunity
The CEO is responsible for day-to-day management of Synergos, including implementation of the strategy approved by the board of directors, organizational and team management, program development, fundraising, and communications. The CEO will provide strong leadership and direction internally and represent the organization externally, to partners and funders, by sharing Synergos’ work and vision for a just, equitable, peaceful, and regenerative world.
This is a salaried position with a range of $275,000+, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
