CFI serves as a leading community resource for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, providing quality care and hope to more than 25,000 individuals per year.
With operations at ten locations, a budget of approximately $66M, and a dedicated staff of more than 750, CFI is dedicated to assisting people of all ages and abilities achieve their fullest level of independence through a supportive environment. The Opportunity
As the organization enters its next chapter, the next President & Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) will lead CFI to achieve even greater levels of strategic influence, impact and innovation on behalf of the community they serve. This is a remarkable opportunity for a visionary leader to invigorate and expand the landscape of services and opportunities provided by CFI.
The CEO should have a history of collaborating for success with a staff, leadership team, and suite of external partners and stakeholders to build on past organization achievement and foster continued growth for CFI. This leader will leverage CFI’s historical strengths and promote its innovative approach to serving children and adults with disabilities. Critical in this effort will be strengthening the organization’s ability to collaborate both internally among staff and externally among key community and regional partners.
