We are leading a compelling search for the Head of US Benefits for a global company headquartered in the greater Philadelphia area. This leader will be an influential thought leader and top benefits advisor to the CEO and CFO of the corporation and will be instrumental in transforming the benefits function.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this position will manage the strategy and execution of all U.S. employee benefit programs. This includes plan design, development, implementation, compliance, communication and administration of benefit plans and programs, for health and welfare, retirement, nonqualified deferred compensation, and oversight of COBRA Affordable Care Act reporting. The Director will ensure that company’s plans/programs are both compliant and externally competitive.
